Visitor policy

• CPS must receive notification in advance for visitors and visitors must fill out the form below

• Visitors must present an ID

• Guardian permission must be acknowledged with contact information in form below for visitors under the age of 18

Approved reasons to visit:

• Prospective student –1 visit

• Working with a student on/involved with probation, DHS, parent, caseworkers, etc.

• Have business with the school

• Parent/family meetings
